Marlton Business Advantage is looking for an organized, personable Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for families and business owners exploring their protection options.
You’ll schedule consultations, manage advisor calendars, follow up on inquiries from our public listings, and keep client records accurate and up to date. Your work ensures every client experiences the professionalism and warmth our firm is known for.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in smooth day-to-day operations. Prior experience in an insurance, financial, or administrative role is preferred but not required.
This is an in-office position with hours Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM. We offer competitive pay, a friendly team environment, and opportunities to grow into licensed advisory roles over time.
